Big Girl Room

Most of you know that we co-sleep with the kids when they're babies. Luke never spent one night in his nursery that we spent so much time and money on. So, we never made a nursery for Emma Cate. Now that she's 18 months, we put up a toddler bed, painted a room and put her toys in there. She seems to really like it! It's not finished, yet. We are still waiting on the curtains and bedding to come in, but Emma Cate and Luke play in there everyday.

She likes to put baby dolls and stuffed animals in her bed, cover them up, kiss them and pretend to sleep. So dang cute!!

The Tooth Fairy

There's a dentist in town that has a real tooth fairy. She goes all around town talking to kids, so our play group invited her to come talk to our kiddos. It was fun!

Another Great Performance

Luke had a music program tonight, and he did a great job! I tried to make him and Emma Cate pose for a picture before the program, but it didn't go too well:



Here's a short video of his performance. The little boy beside him is his friend Luke P. The little girl telling him to put his glasses back on is Sunam. He's always talking about both of them. So cute!

A Warm Day in January

It was very warm today, so we took advantage of it, and went outside to play all afternoon. Fun, fun!!

Future Gymnasts?

Dale got a new pull-up bar for Christmas, and the kids loved it. It was very funny to watch them, especiallly seeing little Emma Cate hanging there. I think they took turns doing this for about 15 minutes!
